- Eviction Applications – An Application whereby the landlord may legally remove a tenant from a rental property.
- Construction Disputes – a difference or dispute of whatever nature between the Concessionaire and the Contractor arising under, out of or in connection with the Construction Contract.
- Sequestration Applications – By bringing an application to surrender an individual’s estate to the High Court under the governance of the Insolvency Act.
