- Shareholders Agreement – It is an agreement between the shareholders that governs the rights and obligations of each shareholder with respect to the company.
- Joint Venture Agreement – It is an agreement collaborating with other businesses and to combine different areas of expertise for targeted or general business purposes.
- Sale of Shares Agreement – It is an agreement when a shareholder sells all the shares that they own in a Company to a purchaser, where the purchaser is already an existing shareholder of the Company.
- Cession Agreement – It is an agreement which provides that the transferor or cedent transfers a right to the transferee or cessionary. The principle is that the holder/creditor of a right can cede his or her claim to his or her own creditor in order to secure the debt which he or she owes.
- Rental Agreement – is a contract of rental, usually written, between the owner of a property and a renter who desires to have temporary possession of the property; it is distinguished from a lease, which is more typically for a fixed term.
- Employment Agreement – It is an agreement or contract between an employer and an employee in which the terms and conditions of the employment are provided.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement – a contract by which one or more parties agree not to disclose confidential information that they have shared with each other as a necessary part of doing business together.
- Cohabitation Agreement – is a form of legal agreement reached between a couple who have chosen to live together.
- Consultancy Agreement – It is an agreement between a consultant and a client who wishes to retain certain specified services of the consultant for a specified time at a specified rate of compensation.
